Get Your Free iPhone 4 Case Starting Monday

From their growing selection of iPhone 4 cases, gadget-accessory supplier MobileFun will offer this plain and simple silicone skin absolutely free starting this Monday (12th July 2010).

There is a catch, you’re going to have to pay postage and packing, but the £7.49 price of the case will be waived with the simple use of a discount code, which I believe will be: DEATHGRIP, but don’t quote me on that yet!

The other catch is, of course, that supplies are limited. MobileFun state they’ve got a “minimum” of a thousand cases to grab, possibly extending to more if it gives them the rush of traffic, publicity and sales that we all known they’re fishing for!

MobileFun will be sticking up a blog post that’ll let you know more about how to get your free iPhone 4 case. The post was up briefly on Friday (or I hallucinated one) which is when I caught wind of the code, and I think you’re going to be looking at £3ish for delivery. It’s not exactly free, but it’s certainly the cheapest iPhone 4 case you’re going to find outside a roll of electrical tape.

If you’re holding out for your favourite designer to knock you dead with something quite beautiful into which to place your iPhone 4, it’s probably worth spending a few quid, rather than the £25 that an iPhone 4 bumper would set you back. This isn’t the prettiest case in the world, not even close, but it will certainly solve your death grip issues!

I, for one, am not terribly fond of phone calls. I think I’ll keep this feature for now.
