Sennheiser PXC 450 go Black at £229.99

Sennheiser PXC 350 "Stealth Black"

Following on from the award winning Sennheiser PXC 450 NoiseGard, noise cancelling headphones the Sennheiser PXC 350 “Stealth Black” will come in fetching black and detail for just £229.99 compared to the PXC 450s £300.

Three issues in competing products have been addressed in the PXC 450 and 350 headphones:

1. PXC 350s work as headphones even if the batteries die
2. Two tiny and globally available AAA battery gives 40 hrs + use
No charger to carry or expensive spare batteries to buy
3. The sound is clear and balanced with no boomy bass or muffled vocals

The lower price tag of the PXC 350 is achieved at the cost of a 5% drop in noise reduction capability, but this still rates the Sennheiser PXC 350 at an impressive 85% noise compensation at its best. The PXC 350 also lack the PXC 450s unique “talk through” system which allows you to quieten your music and allow external noise in so you can hold conversations without removing your headphones.
